Blondies

Before I could snap a picture of these, most of the pan disappeared over the weekend. As you can see, in our house, we always keep a knife near all desserts that require slicing for easy access. Anyway, these are just plain awesome. Everything you would want in a blondie- gooey, caramely goodness that keeps you coming back for more. Smitten Kitchen explains it better than I could, with better pictures too!
